YouTube Releases Playables, Gaming Feature with no Installation needed

YouTube is rumored to have been testing the YouTube Playables feature to several users since mid-2023, and now they are officially launching this feature to all YouTube users globally this week.

This feature is a feature to play video games in the YouTube application or website applicable to Android and iOS. To access this feature you just need to select the “Playables” menu on the Explore page.

YouTube announced that there are 75 games available on this YouTube Playables feature and the main advantage is that users do not need to install the game you want to play. This can certainly save storage on your cellphone.

The games available on the YouTube Playables feature actually consist of light indie games that do not have complicated mechanics. This makes the games in the Playables feature very suitable for filling spare time because it does not take much time to play.

Amazingly, we don't need to be a YouTube Premium user to eat this YouTube Playables feature. Because free YouTube users will also get access to the YouTube Playables feature.

Although YouTube has announced a global launch, based on our team's observations, this feature is not yet available on the YouTube Indonesia dashboard.
