TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ONLINE SHOPPING TRANSACTIONS
FELIXINDOSHOPS.COM (PT SELULAR INDO PRATAMA)
This agreement automatically binds PT Selular Indo Pratama, the administrator ("We"), and the Consumer on the Felixindoshops.com website. By completing a transaction, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all contents and any amendments to this agreement.
SERVICE SYSTEM
Operating Hours: Shopping is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, or outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day.
Customer Service: Consumers can contact Live Chat, Call Center, or operational Email at 10.00 - 22.00 WIB (Monday - Sunday).
System Disruptions: The Administrator is not responsible for transaction failures caused by internet connection disruptions, system maintenance, or other technical infrastructure disruptions.
ORDERING PROCEDURE
Product Information: Consumers are required to review the product description, price, and specifications before purchasing. Prices listed include VAT in accordance with applicable regulations.
Membership: Consumers must be registered as members to make transactions. Consumers are fully responsible for the security of their passwords and account activity.
Data Correction: Mistakes in pricing or product details caused by technical issues will be considered invalid. We reserve the right to cancel the transaction and refund the customer's full amount.
Validation: Felixindoshops.com has the right to reject or cancel Consumer transactions if there are indications of fraud or non-compliance with the terms.
PAYMENT
Currency: Transactions are made in Rupiah (IDR).
Tax: All prices listed include Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with applicable regulations.
Payment Methods: Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard/JCB), Virtual Account (BCA, BNI, BRI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Maybank, Permata), e-Payment (Alfamart, Pegadaian, POS, Indodana).
Deadline: For payments via Virtual Account, payment must be completed within 60 minutes of placing the order. Failure to do so will automatically cancel the order.
SHIPPING & INSURANCE
Verification: Delivery is made after the funds are received in full.
Address Restrictions: We do not ship to PO Boxes or Hotels (Guests). We are not responsible for address errors by the Customer.
Order Status: Transactions that have been paid cannot be changed (address, color, or product type).
Insurance: All orders are covered by shipping insurance at no additional cost. Complaints regarding delays or damage caused by the courier will be handled in accordance with the shipping service's terms and conditions.
Unboxing Video (Mandatory): For security and smooth claims processing, consumers are required to record a video (uninterrupted) from the moment the package is first received until the product is removed from the packaging. This video is an absolute requirement for filing a complaint or claiming the H+1 Guarantee.
Insurance: All orders are covered by shipping insurance at no additional cost. Complaints regarding delays or damage caused by the courier will be handled in accordance with the shipping service's terms and conditions.
PRODUCT EXCHANGE GUARANTEE (H+1)
We provide a guarantee to exchange a new unit if the product received has a production defect or the specifications differ from the description on the website, with the following conditions:
Claim Criteria:
Damage purely due to manufacturing defects (not due to misuse).
Must include a valid unboxing video without cuts.
Claim reports are processed within a maximum of 1x24 hours from the date the goods are received based on the delivery receipt.
Warranty Exclusions (Warranty Void If):
Unable to show purchase invoice.
The product serial number (S/N) is damaged, missing, or has scratches/handwriting on it, or does not match the invoice.
Damage occurs to supporting accessories which are not included in the warranty coverage.
The repair seal is damaged, defective, or open.
The product has been disassembled or repaired by a third party other than the Felixindoshops.com technical team.
External Factors & Negligence: Damage caused by animals (rats, geckos, etc.), installation errors (human error), falls, exposure to liquids, power surges, or natural disasters (lightning, floods, etc.).
Inconsistencies in features or specifications that are not listed on FelixindoShops.com or on the official website of a product.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY (RETURN & REFUND)
Product and refund requests can only be processed if the following conditions are met:
Condition of Returned Product:
The product is in new condition and has never been used.
Product completeness (accessories, manuals, etc.) must be 100% intact.
The original box/packaging is in perfect condition (no dents, no scratches, and no direct tape/adhesive).
Procedure & Timeframe:
The transaction cannot be cancelled if the receipt number has been entered.
Submission: Maximum 1x24 hours after the order is received.
Return Shipping: The product must arrive at our location no later than 14 days after the application is approved.
Refund Process: If the cancellation is approved (e.g. out of stock), the funds will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
Buyers are required to attach proof of identity and the account number used for the transaction.
Cancellations due to change of address will be subject to a transaction administration fee.
Cancellations due to product changes will be subject to a transaction administration fee.
Any promotional vouchers used in cancelled transactions will be forfeited.

The item status “Sold Out” or “Not Available” on Felixindoshops.com means that the item cannot be purchased because it is out of stock.
Force Majeure:
Felixindoshops.com is not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure such as natural disasters, pandemics, riots, or government policies.
