  4. Enter an active Email address.
  5. Click Send Verification Code, then enter the verification code sent to your email in the provided field.
  6. Enter your Phone Number.
  7. Check the Newsletter option if you would like to receive promotions and the latest updates.
  8. Check the statement confirming that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy.
  9. Click the Create Account button to complete the registration process.

Yes, you can update your personal information (profile) on the Account page.

Steps:

  1. Go to your Account page.
  2. Select the My Account menu.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Update the information you want to change.

Yes, you can change your email through the Account page by following these steps:

  1. Log in through the Account menu.
  2. Select the My Account menu.
  3. Click the Change Email button.
  4. Enter the new email address you want to use.
  5. Click the Send Verification Code button.
  6. Check your email, then enter the verification code in the provided field.
  7. Click the Save button to complete the email change process.

After this process is completed, the new email address will become your primary email for logging in and receiving information related to your account

You can change or create a new password by following these steps:

  1. Select the Account menu.
  2. Click Forgot Password?
  3. Enter the email address registered to your account.
  4. Click the Reset My Password button.
  5. Open the email you used when registering.
  6. Click the Reset button in the email to start the password reset process.
  7. Enter your new password, then confirm it.
  8. Click the Set a New Password button to save the changes.

After the process is completed, you can log in again using your new password.

There are several reasons why you may be unable to log in, including:

  1. Incorrect email or password. Please make sure you have entered your email and password correctly.
  2. Unstable or disconnected internet connection. Ensure your device is connected to a stable internet network.

Here are the steps to make a purchase at Felixindo:

  1. Log in to your Felixindo account or create a new account if you don’t have one.
  2. Search for and select the product you want.
  3. Click the “Add to Cart” button on the selected product.
  4. Open the Cart icon in the top right corner, then click “Checkout.”
  5. Choose the available shipping method.
  6. Select your preferred payment method, then complete the payment process.

After the payment is successfully completed, your order will be processed by our team and shipped according to the selected shipping method.

How to check your order status:

  1. Click the Account menu.
  2. Select View Your Order History.
  3. Check the order status in the displayed order list.

If you are unable to use a voucher code, please check the following:

  1. Pay attention to any error message that appears in the Coupon Code area after trying to apply the voucher.
  2. Double-check the voucher code you entered. Make sure it is typed correctly and complies with the applicable Terms & Conditions.
  3. Ensure you have not used the voucher code before, as typically a voucher code can only be used once per customer.
  4. Re-enter the voucher code in the Coupon Code field and click the “Apply Coupon” button. Using copy & paste is recommended to avoid typing errors.

Shipping

Shipping address changes can only be made before completing your payment. Once the payment has been made, the shipping address cannot be changed, as the order will be processed for delivery immediately.

If your order’s tracking number cannot be tracked through the selected courier service, it may be due to the following reasons:

  1. The logistics provider has not yet updated the tracking information in their system. Updates usually take a few hours after the tracking number is generated.
  2. The courier used is different from the one you selected during the transaction.
  3. There was an error entering the tracking number during the check. Make sure the tracking number is correct.
