1. All orders will be processed after the customer has made payment. Currently, we use JNE for our shipping services.

2. The tracking number and shipping status will be automatically sent via email once the order is processed.

3. You can track your tracking number with your selected logistics agent. If you encounter any issues tracking your tracking number, please contact your logistics agent.
