Specifications and Prices of iPhone 16 Series: The Latest iPhone 16, 16 Plus, 16 Pro, 16 Pro Max, and 16e
Apple has officially introduced its latest iPhone 16 Series lineup, which includes five models: iPhone 16, 16 Plus, 16 Pro, 16 Pro Max, and the newest variant, iPhone 16e. Although these devices were launched globally in September 2024, their availability in the Indonesian market is still pending official certification from the government.
The Minister of Industry, Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita, confirmed that Apple has submitted all necessary documents to obtain the Domestic Component Level (TKDN) certification. This certification is expected to be issued during Ramadan, followed by the postel certification from the Ministry of Communication and Digital (Komdigi). Once all official approvals are obtained, the iPhone 16 Series will be available in Indonesia.

iPhone 16 & 16 Plus Specifications: Familiar Design, Enhanced Performance
The iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus retain the signature design of their predecessors but come with improved performance and battery life.
The iPhone 16 features a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display with a resolution of 1179 x 2556 pixels, ensuring sharp and vibrant visuals. It is powered by the Apple A18 (3 nm) chipset and is available in storage options of up to 512GB.
Meanwhile, the iPhone 16 Plus offers a larger 6.7-inch display with HDR10 and Dolby Vision technology for a more immersive visual experience.
In terms of cameras, both devices are equipped with a 48 MP main camera, supported by a 12 MP ultrawide lens, and a 12 MP front camera capable of recording 4K video. Apple has also maintained fast charging PD2.0, which allows the battery to charge up to 50% in just 30 minutes.
