Gemini AI is Now Smarter with Conversational Memory

Gemini AI is Now Smarter with Conversational Memory

Google continues to enhance Gemini AI by introducing new features that make interactions more convenient.

Now, Gemini Advanced users no longer need to repeat questions or explanations every time they start a new conversation. Gemini can remember previous conversations and use that information to provide more relevant answers.

Previously, AI like Gemini could only understand context within a single chat session, and once the conversation was closed, all information would be lost, requiring users to start over. However, with the conversation memory feature, Gemini can now resume chats from where they left off, making the chatting experience more efficient.

This feature is particularly beneficial for users who frequently use Gemini for writing, coding, or research.

Manage or Delete Chat History as Needed

Users have full control over their chat history with Gemini. You can review, delete, or manage chat history as desired, and even disable this feature entirely if needed.

Additionally, Gemini will notify you when using information from previous conversations, ensuring that you always know how the AI processes and responds to your chats.

This conversation memory feature is currently available in English for Google One AI Premium Plan subscribers through the Gemini web and mobile applications.

In the coming weeks, the feature will be expanded to more languages and to Google Workspace Business & Enterprise users, making AI interactions even more practical and efficient.
